Banca delle Marche S.p.A., the Parent Company of the Banking Group of the same name, controls the following companies:
  1. Carilo - Cassa di Risparmio di Loreto S.p.A., based in Loreto (Ancona), involved in banking;
  2. Focus Gestioni, Società di Gestione del Risparmio S.p.A., based in Ancona, involved in collective asset management;
  3. Banca delle Marche Gestione Internazionale Lux S.A., based in Luxembourg, whose business is the collective management of mutual funds registered in Luxembourg;
  4. Medioleasing S.p.A., a single-person joint stock company, with registered office in Ancona, which carries on the business of financial and operational leasing in Italy and abroad, as well as consumer credit in the technical form of consumer leasing.
